2013 Running Recap

It’s hard to believe that 2013 is over.  Yep!  It is New Year’s Eve and 2014 will be here tomorrow.  Where did the year go?  I am sitting here reviewing my running log for last year and the following is a recap of 2013:

  • 5/11/13 – 5K PR at Girls on the Run 5K (Birmingham) in 22:45
  • 7/27/13 – 18-miler PR at Hotter ‘N Hell Trail Run (Oak Mountain State Park) in 4:56:08

It was a busy year from a running perspective.  I can’t wait for 2014 to see what I get to do then.  It will be exciting with trips to Houston, Boston and New York plus hopefully some other fun trips.
